To make it easier for you as a customer to understand your invoice from us, we have put together a quick guide. Here we explain how you can view the invoice period, what the different line items mean, and how to know if you have a RAM agreement.

📅 Invoice period – quarterly or monthly?

An important detail to check is the invoice period. In the example below, you can see that the period is stated at the top of the invoice text, above the item lines:

Example:

Period: 2025-07-01 – 2025-09-30

This means that the invoice is for quarterly billing (three months). For example, if it says 2025-09-01 – 2025-09-30, it is a monthly invoice.

👉Quarterly invoicing is standard with us., but if you wish, you can also choose monthly invoicing.


🧾 What do the licenses mean?

Each line on the invoice corresponds to a service or license. Here is a brief explanation of some of the most common:

  • M8Com Switch Package StandardIncludes 2 response groups, 2 menu choices and the possibility ofInsights(integrations and statistics).
  • M8Com User License ProProvides access to softphone, administration and more advanced features than a basic license.
  • M8Com Broker Integration (Vitec, Quedro, KVS, FasIT)Connects the switchboard with your brokerage system and displays information directly during a call, such as name, property/address and whether it concerns a buyer, seller or speculator.

Other articles that may appear:

  • Additional user licenses (Standard or Basic)
  • Additional services such as Callback, Call Recording or AI-Receptionist
  • Integrations with other CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, Lime, Upsales, Dynamics 365 etc.)

🤝 Do you have a RAM agreement?

If your company has a RAM agreement with us, it may affect invoicing, for example through discounts or special conditions.

A RAM agreement means that you have a predetermined cost for the services we (or your chosen operator) deliver. The agreement always includes a certain amount of flexibility — usually 10% to 50% depending on the operator and agreement.

  • Compare the invoice period with your previous invoice so you know you are paying for the correct period.
